Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective April 9, 2026
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Wardova Terms of Service. It applies to all Wardova subscription plans offered by Cravid Labs LLC.
Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime
No refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.
Annual Plans
30-day prorated refund window
Cancel within 30 days of billing for a prorated refund on unused months.
Free Trial
No charge, no refund needed
Cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge and no action required.
Enterprise
Negotiated per contract
Refund terms are defined in your individual enterprise agreement.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions (Basic, Growth) are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle via Shopify's Billing API.
- arrow_forwardCancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Wardova settings or via the Shopify App Store. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
- arrow_forwardRefunds: Monthly plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period already paid. Your access to Wardova continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- arrow_forwardBilling errors: If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), contact support@cravidlabs.com within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
Example
You are on the Growth plan at $79/month. You cancel on day 15 of your billing cycle. No refund is issued. Your widget and dashboard remain active until the end of the 30-day period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. Because of the discounted rate, a defined refund window applies.
- arrow_forwardWithin 30 days of billing: You may cancel for a prorated refund covering unused full months remaining in your annual term. The refund is calculated as: (remaining full months ÷ 12) × annual fee paid.
- arrow_forwardAfter 30 days: Annual plans are non-refundable. Your access remains active for the full term you purchased.
- arrow_forwardDowngrade: Downgrading from an annual plan to a lower tier mid-term is not eligible for a partial refund of the difference.
- arrow_forwardRefund processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original Shopify payment method within 5–10 business days.
Example
You are on the Growth annual plan at $758.40/year (equivalent to $63.20/month). You cancel on day 20 of your annual term (within the 30-day window) with 11 full months unused. Refund = (11 ÷ 12) × $758.40 = $695.20.
Free Trial
Wardova offers a free trial period for new merchants. No credit card is required during the trial.
- check_circleCancel at any time during the trial with no charge. No refund is needed as no payment is taken.
- check_circleIf the trial expires without plan activation, your account enters a 30-day pause state. Your settings and data are preserved during this window.
- check_circleIf no plan is activated within 30 days of trial expiry, the account is terminated and all data is permanently deleted. No charge is incurred.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by a separate order form or master service agreement (MSA) negotiated between you and Cravid Labs LLC.
Refund terms for enterprise accounts are defined in that agreement and may differ from the standard policy above. Where no specific refund terms are agreed, the annual plan policy in Section 02 applies.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@cravidlabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your store domain]" and include:
- arrow_forwardYour Shopify store domain (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com)
- arrow_forwardThe plan you are cancelling and the billing date
- arrow_forwardThe reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original Shopify payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds for Shopify-billed subscriptions are processed via Shopify's billing system. In some cases, Shopify may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund on your payment statement.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We handle the following situations on a case-by-case basis with goodwill:
- arrow_forwardService outage during billing period: If Wardova experienced a verified service outage of 24+ consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit for the affected days, regardless of plan type.
- arrow_forwardAccidental charge: If you were charged after cancellation or for a plan you did not select, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- arrow_forwardPrice increase dispute: If you were not given 30 days' notice of a price increase and were charged the new rate, you are entitled to a refund of the difference for that billing period.
