Service
This is the initial version of these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered Shopify store address at least 14 days before they take effect.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing Wardova from the Shopify App Store or accessing any part of the Wardova service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the merchant or authorized representative of the merchant) and Cravid Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under the trade name "Wardova" ("Wardova," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the service. Your continued use of Wardova following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of Service
Wardova provides AI-powered product recommendation widgets for Shopify fashion stores. The service is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic) and operates as a Shopify embedded application. Core capabilities include:

Account Registration & Shopify Integration
You must have an active Shopify store in good standing to use Wardova. When you install Wardova, you authorize us to access your Shopify store via OAuth with read_products, read_orders, and write_script_tags scopes, as well as billing-related scopes required to manage your subscription via Shopify's Billing API. You authorize Wardova to register a Shopify ScriptTag on your storefront to serve the recommendation widget, and to listen to product and order webhook events for cache invalidation and analytics. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

Wardova offers three subscription tiers, all processed via Shopify's Billing API:

Unlimited recommendations
Annual plans are billed upfront with a 20% discount. Annual plan subscribers may cancel for a prorated refund within 30 days of billing. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with no further charges. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Free Trial
All Wardova plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the conclusion of the trial period, you will be prompted within the Shopify admin to select a paid plan. If you do not activate a plan, the app will be automatically paused.
During pause, your settings and data are preserved for 30 days from trial end. If no plan is activated within 30 days of trial expiry, the account is permanently terminated and all data deleted. You may reactivate at any time during the 30-day window with full settings restored. You may cancel your trial at any time by uninstalling the app — no charges will be applied.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Wardova for any purpose that violates applicable laws or Shopify's Terms of Service. Prohibited activities include:
- cancelUsing the service to recommend counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods.
- cancelAutomated or scripted abuse of the recommendation or analytics API endpoints.
- cancelAttempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce the AI recommendation algorithms or style-cluster models.
- cancelSharing API credentials or access tokens with third parties outside your organization.
- cancelAttempting to circumvent rate limits, billing enforcement, or plan recommendation caps.
Violations of this policy will result in account suspension and may result in permanent termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
Wardova's AI models, style-clustering algorithms, analytics dashboard, widget code, and all associated software are the exclusive intellectual property of Cravid Labs LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Wardova's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described herein. Your product data — including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing — remains your property at all times. We claim no ownership over your catalog data.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Wardova is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process only the data necessary to deliver AI-powered product recommendations to your storefront. No shopper personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or stored by Wardova. All visitor-level data is anonymous and TTL-limited in our Redis cache.
AI-Generated Content
Product recommendations are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) through style-cluster analysis. While we work hard to ensure recommendations are relevant and high quality, Wardova makes no guarantee that AI recommendations are perfectly accurate, complete, or appropriate for every shopper or context. Wardova is not liable for any outcomes resulting from AI-generated recommendations, including but not limited to: shopper purchasing decisions, inventory mismatches, merchant reputation impacts, increased returns, or recommendations deemed inappropriate for a particular audience or cultural context. You retain full responsibility for the products offered on your store and their suitability for your customers.
Uptime & SLA
Wardova targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the recommendation API and merchant dashboard. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via the merchant admin notification system. The widget's edge-cached delivery via Upstash Redis ensures storefront availability even during planned backend maintenance windows — cached recommendations will continue to be served to shoppers during such periods.
Enterprise SLA credit terms are defined at wardova.com/enterprise-sla. Custom SLA commitments may be negotiated via support@cravidlabs.com. SLA credits do not accrue during force majeure events (see Section 16).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wardova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Wardova in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim giving rise to liability.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WARDOVA (CRAVID LABS LLC) DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ALL CONTEXTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wardova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Wardova service; (b) the products you sell on your Shopify store; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
Wardova agrees to indemnify you against third-party claims arising directly from Wardova's gross negligence, willful misconduct, material breach of these Terms, or Wardova's infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights through the core service.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms and close your Wardova account at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Wardova may terminate your account under the following circumstances with the corresponding notice:

- arrow_forwardAbuse or API misuse: immediate termination without prior notice.
- arrow_forwardNon-payment (30+ days overdue): 7 days written notice.
- arrow_forwardBusiness discontinuation: 30 days notice with data export assistance provided.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. All your store data will be permanently deleted from Wardova systems within 30 days of termination.
Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of payment will receive a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual prepayments. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no further charges. See wardova.com/refund-policy for full details.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute first by contacting legal@cravidlabs.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action. Small claims court is permitted for disputes within the applicable threshold. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights without first submitting to arbitration.
Force Majeure
Wardova is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party platform failures (Shopify, Anthropic, Gadget.dev, Upstash), internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events. SLA credits do not accrue during force majeure events. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work to restore service promptly.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
Wardova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes — including pricing, data practices, or material service changes — we will notify you via email to your Shopify store's registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For minor or clarifying changes, we may update these Terms with notice in the merchant admin. Your continued use of Wardova after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
